Phantasmagoria Patch (PHANPAT)

This patch updates version 1.0 to 1.1. It fixes out of memory messages with excessively large bytes requested,
the missing spell book picture in Chapter 7 has been added, the setup problem with demos, and case 1 overrun
and other CD read errors. Objects can no longer be picked-up during the Chapter 7 chase scene and it corrects
the error 29 lockup when using SoundBlaster 16 DSP version 4.05.
Also, for the WIN 95 version, this patch fixes occurrences of an "error 47, not an object" when clicking
on the door to the computer room in chapter five. It also addresses a rare problem which caused palette trashing
when saving and restoring games.

This patch updates version 1.0 to 1.1. It fixes out of memory messages with excessively large bytes requested,

assists with case 1 overrun and other CD read errors. Objects can no longer be picked-up during the Chapter
7 chase scene and it corrects the error 29 lockup when using SoundBlaster 16 DSP version 4.05.
Phantasmagoria II - DOS Support
for Windows 95 (P2DOSPAT) [915 KB]
Requires the Windows 95 version of Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle Of Flesh. Adds DOS support and
installs the DOS version to your hard drive.
Warning: When installing into Windows 9x, this must be installed while in DOS mode. It will not install
while in Windows 9x or from a DOS prompt. For Windows XP use the DOS support patch below.
Phantasmagoria II - DOS Support
for Windows XP (P2DOS-XP) [914 KB]
Requires the Windows 95 version of Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle Of Flesh. This is an update (for
Windows XP) of the original patch (above) released by Sierra. The patch will install the game and convert
it to the DOS version. Read the included "XP-Patch.TXT" file for more details.
Phantasmagoria II Sound Driver
Update (DACBLAST) [4.1 KB]
Updated sound driver for running Phantasmagoria: A Puzzle Of Flesh in DOS using the patch,
P2DOSPAT.EXE. Do not use with DOS/Win95 versions of the CD.
This fixes problems with some sound configurations that may cause the movie sequences to run in slow motion.
